I was invited by a good friend of mine to go riding on Saturday morning. And despite going to bed the previous evening at 3 AM, I showed up to participate in the governor’s motorcycle ride. The ride was organized as a fundraiser; an endowment for the families of officers who have been killed in the line of duty.
It was a gorgeous day for a ride, and… did I mention that we had a police escort through the Alpine Loop?

Oh boy-
3 in the morning???? Wow I remember when I got 9 hours of sleep one week. Yes Fiddler on the Roof Nov ’96…not a very good time. I didn’t dare drive, I didn’t dare do much of anything except play my violin for Fiddler or at the time I would have gotten it from Blake.
If you do get to much sleep deprived you will stop caring and start laughing at everything. I remember that I laughed in the middle of a test.
Dude about you being sore after your work out’s try to drink some kind of electrolytes, before, during, and after your work out. Well when your muscles ache and become sore like that its usually means that you don’t have enough electrolytes with in your body. You don’t need to do this but just suggesting on what you can do so that you are not so sore after working out.
As for the hole bike thing……….I’m just envious that you have one.
I am always in for a good cause. Thanks for sharing.
so fun!
What an awesome way to spend part of your Saturday! Looks like it was a wonderful morning for a ride; enjoy some time outdoors and a great way to contribute to a fantastic cause.
Thanks for sharing!
Ok. I comment about your weekend. Don. 3 in the morning?!!! Again. Didn’t we all talked about this a week or two ago about you not getting enough sleep. *Shakes her head*
OK. Back on topic for me. That’s cool, Don. Did they show you on tv? If they did where. Anyway. I think that was a good cause you did Saturday. From the video, it seem like a lot of fun.
What a win-win that was for you! Not only did you get to take your bike out, on what appeared to be a beautiful day, but you also donated money to a very worthy cause.
Good for you, bud!
