So, I thought it might be fitting to share with you a few photos of me through the years — since my birthday was somewhat recent. (I’m still going to milk it for what I can — Shameless!)
I had to dig deep into the Osmond archives to find these photos, so please view with respect. Theses are never before seen pictures of me.
1954
1956
1958
1968
1970
1978
1986
Thank you Clay Blackham for sharing this fine Web site with the office.

I just saw that website on the Early Show this morning. Its getting national attention.
I’m going to go by there.
Blimey Don I didn’t realise you were THAT old!! Rough guess judging by the date of the first pic is that you have just celebrated your 70th Birthday….not bad going seeing as your Dad has just celebrated his 50th LOL!
Looks like a good programme……but you need to get out more

Well at least you have some idea of how you’d look IF you decided to change your current style. It’s funny how many people comment that you look like your father. Of course you do. Reminds me of a time when I took my 10 yr eldest son to his father’s school reunion. There was this woman who shmoozed up to my son (she was keen on my husband back in the school years years, she had one eyebrow and hairy legs and I won him instead – but I digress) and she cooed to him “Oh geez you look just like your Dad!” My son wasn’t impressed and said “Oh durrrr..of course I do he’s my Dad”.
It was sweet revenge for me, but as the years went on my son in fact resembles my brother more.
BTW Don, I think you look good just looking like yourself.
Yeah, that 1986 pic does show a striking resemblance to someone. Who was it now? A famous 1970′s pop star I think. What was his name again?
Oh yeah, thats right…David Cassidy!
I’m getting more used to your sense of humour every time I visit…haha
Have to disagree about the 1986 pic looking like your Father. But…the 1978 one is the image of your uncle Alan in his younger days.
Have a good weekend
Love

Don,
I love your sence of humour!! The photos are great–although I have to say you do have a striking resemblance to your Dad, and some of your Uncles
I always enjoy reading your Blog, especially when I need a good pick me up
THANKS for sharing your photos and your wonderful sence of humour!
Oh—and once again a very Happy Birthday to you—always great to get birthday wishes, even if they are late! Better late than not at all
Kathy
Don. Are you ok? LOL.
When I was looking at the pictures I was like wait, you weren’t even born in 1954. Heck your father weren’t even born yet. LOL
You look nice with glass in 68 and 70. LOL
I agree with Terri. The ’78 picture looks like Peter Brady.
And the ’86. You kinda look like you father in that picture with the hair. His mid 70s, early 80s look.
Hmm 1986. I was 6 years old and was about to start kindergarten that next month.
Great laugh, Don. I really enjoyed it.
Wow, your face in all of those pics look amazingly the same . . .
I think you have waaaaayyyyy too much free time on your hands!
C.

Oh, that is FUNNY!! LOVED the ’68 and ’70 one. Groovy!! The ’78 one you remind me of the guy who played Peter Brady and the ’86 one you look remarkably like….*cough* Donny Osmond.
Thanks for sharing!
LOL! I love it! OMG the 1986 one!! You look SO MUCH like your dad there!!
DON —
You are TOO FUNNY!! And, I was ALL excited about seeing some cool photos of you “thru the years”! You BRAT!! HA!!
BUT — I will say, that last photo (1986) with that long hair definitely looks like a “certain young singer” I’ve heard of!!!

Seems appropriate that you are shamelessly milking your birthday. After all, it has not even been a full month since the 31st of July.
Is your motorcycle your birthday gift to yourself?
BTW, it must be my age, or lack of sleep, but it took me a full 30 seconds to realize the humor behind the photos …. especially since only the 1986 photo would have been in your lifetime.
I think I’m getting old.
