I don’t remember when I first became a subscriber to T-Mobile, but I know it’s been a few years ago.
Well, two days ago I received a text message from the company expressing thanks for being a customer of theirs for a few years and offered me unlimited minutes for the same amount I’m all ready paying.
Did I switch? That’s a no-brainer! Of course I did. Who likes to count the minutes they use during the month? I don’t.
Guess loyalty pays off, doesn’t it?

Thanks T-Mobile!!!

I got the “customer loyalty” plan too
yay for free upgrades
Or, like you said, freedom from counting minutes!!
This has nothing to do with t-mobile.
I had to congratulate you on your April 13th Mormon Times “Cowboy” blog. You got it spot-on! I also have to say even after marriage chivalry is just as important. My husband is the ultimate “cowboy” (even though he was born and raised in CA, and is a city-slicker.)
I’m with T-Mobile too. I’ve been with them since 2001. My first phone that was my own. I was on my mother’s plan when I was a freshman in college and then I went out on my own.
I got that same text a few weeks ago. Well I don’t talk that much on my phone and since I have the my favs plan, all my calls are with those 5 people. So I never go over my 600 minutes and I rarely go over my text.
I did called T-Mobile after work to upgrade my plan, but the lady(she was soo nice. T-Mobile do have a great costumer service) told me I had a better plan with what I got. So I didn’t change. I don’t think I wanted to go from having a 39.99 plan to 49.99 plan. Maybe some other time.
But that was a great deal, Don.
Good for you.
I got the same deal and was super grateful also! I am a loyal customer for years now so it was a nice thank you!
I hear you are in Cali right now–jealous! in 2 weeks I’ll be there celebrating my first year finished of grad school!
Like we say over here….it pays to talk LOL!! Not often you get something for nothing so good on T-mobile..mind you I guess they had done their research and maybe knew their competitors were offering similar options….. jeeze I hate being so cynical LOL!!!
