Ok, so I want to try something out…
A couple weeks ago my team and I were forerunners for World Cup. Unfortunately, we crashed. What’s more, we never got any pictures or video of the crash.
So, I want to see if we can find video/photo footage of our team’s crash during World Cup. I know there’s video or photos somewhere, because when we got out of the sled there were at least 20 people there taking pictures.
This will test the “six degrees of separation” theory and social networking on the Internet.
Here are the details I can provided:
Where: Utah Olympic Park near Park City, UT
When: Friday, February 13, 2008 at about 2:00 pm MDT
Who: Team Holm Bobsled (Forerunners)

put a note up at the park where you were, you never know.send a email to the other clubs who were in the comp as well they might know someone with any footage,its worth a try.

WOW! Thanks for sharing the picture you do have — I got a really decent impression of the sense of speed and motion just from that one photo. I hope your experiment works, and you can round up more footage.

Good luck with the search, I tried doing a search earlier today but my hubby had the laptop and so all I had was slow dial up and I kept getting kicked off. It is late now and I have got to go to sleep!!!

Well I spent hours today looking here there and everywhere and I found everyone elses crashes but yours. I would have thought the Sports News websites would have something but no…nothing. Not even youtube which has hundreds.
Maybe its still early days yet and people just haven’t uploaded their photos and videos yet. Don’t give up hope just yet.
