I stumbled upon a great quote this morning that I just had to share.
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing…Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experiences of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved.” -Helen Keller
Thanks to Millicent. (I found the quote on her blog.)
Ohhhh! I love it!
Okay – I’ll take back my “brat” comment ….
Happy Friday!

Ehem…. as I recall, a certain friend of yours has been telling you almost the EXACT same thing for some time now (albeit not quite as eloquently as Ms. Keller).
Shall I say “I told you so” now, or wait until another time??

Mama. Sometimes we don’t hear clearly until it is shouted from every direction.
Let’s call it an “echo”.

Hi Don I have missed reading your blog. not because of who you are.
But because you always have fun and informtive
messages. I remember when my daughter Amy was your
FHE “mom” you were always helpful to her in planning the lesson.

And I learnt from Helen Keller, was never to look upon those with challenges as someone with a disability rather than to look upon as “Someone with different abilities”. She speaks so loudly that’s why you heard her Don.
May you heart be free of whatever is troubling you. God Bless!
