  2. Tracey it is: A radio-controlled aircraft. A model aircraft that is controlled remotely, typically with a hand-held transmitter and a receiver within the craft.

My boys had one of those RC planes, but there dad had more fun with it then they did.

  5. My first “real” love used to build and fly his own RC planes. They were really beautiful, actually. He offered to give me one, but I couldn’t take it… he worked SO hard to build it.

I hope you have fun with yours! :)

  10. Oh man! I used to love RC Planes.

In my late teens, early 20’s I helped a boyfriend build one. It was a beautiful lil aircraft. Bi-winged, bright red and so graceful in the air.

We built it from a kit. It took months of time, but was so worth it in the end. I loved flying it with him and watching it cruise in the horizon. It was tough to learn how to take off and land, but so much fun.

Well, it was fun until I purposefully flew it out of range
(then turned off the controller and walked away) as the boyfriend stood and watched in horror, helpless to prevent destruction as it took a nose dive to the ground.

Oh yeah, there is definately more to that story. Think Carrie Underwood – Before HE Cheats ….
