Have you ever had your e-mail address caught on a spam list and tried to get it removed? Of course you have. I don’t think I know anyone who hasn’t.
Well, I just sent of my seventh complaint asking to have my address removed from a spam list. Have they responded? NO!
Does anyone know what can be done if the company doesn’t comply? It’s really starting to get annoying.

Good points.
Saying what’s already been said – a lot of those “unsubscribe” things are a total ploy to keep you on their list. By responding to anything a spammer sends, they know you’ve read it and they can keep you reading by sending you more spam. Gmail has a pretty good spam filter.
You could always threaten life or limb; that usually gets a response.
Yeah asking to be removed from a spam list only validates that they’ve sent the spam to a working email address. DO NOT USE IT. It will only result in you getting more spam. Just ignore it and do the best you can to have a good filter.
I get loads of Spam. The more you request them to stop the more you get sent to you. I have the normal Outlook email and on there you can have certain addresses directed straight to your deleted folder, which is what I do. I don’t think there’s any way you can avoid spam to be honest. I’ve learned to live with it.
I have no idea but good luck with that. On another note – you are coming along with your sit-up goal!!! Good job!!!
Don. Have you tried blocking the address.
I use Windows Mail and under Junk Email, it goes me an option to block them or unblock them.
The way to get rid of them is block the email address if they ignoring your request.
