For those who frequent my blog you know that I rarely, if ever, talk about my family and what we are doing. Well, turns out, here’s another about my family. (Brandon, this one’s for you.)
My brother, Brandon recently submitted two songs for a writer’s competition. Here’s the link, if you are interested in taking a listen. My personal opinion (blog title) he’s pretty dang talented – I’m not biased at all. 
…and if you feel so inclined, after listening to his music, I’m sure he would appreciate a vote – CLICK HERE – to help him along. (This is a competition, after all. Maybe go back tomorrow and vote again!) — I swear, I’m stacking this deck… I hope this is legal.

What a voice Brandon has. Where (and why??) in the heck has he been hiding it?
Listening to his songs I had chills and my heart was so full of emotion. I can not wait to have my daughter (who turned sweet 16 today!)listen to these today.
Once she listens, I will have her create an account also. I know she’ll vote for him.

I liked the songs a lot. I hope he does well and we see some of his work on future EFI CD’s.

What a sweet, melodic voice he has! And what a talented songwriter, too. “Bring Me Home” definitely has the makings of a standard pop hit!

Don, even if you weren’t who you aree and no one had ever heard of you, I still reckon you would have been a good brother and backed your bro in his endeavours. That’s nothing to sneeze at. I hope he is successful, it’s a real talent to be able to write songs.

Brandon’s got a great voice. Very smooth. The two songs he wrote are great. I didn’t know Brandon can sing, but than again. Who in the family can’t sing. Its in ya’ll blood.
I agree with Crabtree family. You’re just an ordinary guy who just happens come from a very famous family. And I do respect the privacy of your family. It probably took a lot for you to do this.

Dang good!! I hope he wins!! I don’t blame you for not posting much about your family. It’s nice to have some privacy and you know that your friends like you for you and not who your family is. I’m glad you posted this though.
