I typically don’t write much about my dating life; try to keep that on a personal level. However, I think I’m falling for a girl I’ve been out with recently.
We’ve been out a few times. I’ve taken her to dinner and rides on my motorcycle (when the weather has been cooperative). Tonight, I plan to do something special for her, but I’m not sure what. I need a couple ideas.
I don’t know if this potentially could result in marriage, but heaven knows my parents would be happy to see me finally settle down with someone special – get on with my life.
Anyway, that’s all for right now. I’m sure I’ll have an update for you after the date tonight.

I do hope this is not an April Fool’s joke Don…it would be such a wonderful thing if you had indeed fallen in love with someone. All I can advise is TALK and then you can find out what makes her tick and what she likes before you spring a surprise on her.
okay, if this is an April Fool’s joke I will send more snow your way!!!! I do find it odd that you would be so open on your blog and facebook about it…..My instincts say joke by the way. Anyway, if it’s true…I love the little things. Brent leaves me little notes on my car, in my bag, or even just a single flower with a note. We have started a little book where we right down all the little sayings and notes we leave each other. So, if it’s a joke….I hope I made you gag with how cute we are!!!

Actually the more I think about it the more I think it is an April Fool.
Why would you post personal details about your love life if you had really found someone special? That would surely Jeapordise the relationship wouldn’t it? Especially as you don’t say she feels the same way. Could scare her off. Not only that..but it would be all over Donny’s forum and other fan websites before you could even make an official announcement. Don’t think that would please your parents…lol
Consider me officially fooled. Still don’t think its funny though…;)

Trust your instincts and use your good judgement, Don. I will think of you tonight. For me, the “little” things mean the most.
As for an idea, is there a particular movie that your date might enjoy seeing? (Either preceeded by, or followed by, a pleasant dinner?)

When my husband I were dating, it was the small, from the heart gestures which meant the most to me. A walk in the park, a home cooked meal, an unexpected phone call during the day just to say, “Hello!”
